Coast Ecology

Kristy McQueen is the Director and Principal Environmental Consultant at Coast Ecology. Kristy has over 10 years experience in terrestrial and aquatic environmental impact assessment. Projects include large residential sub-divisions, commercial developments, mining, site rehabilitation and assessments under part 5 of the EP&A Act such as road upgrades, drainage maintenance, construction of ovals/detention basins, public jetty’s and seawalls.

Prior to consulting, Kristy completed a doctor of philosophy (PhD) in aquatic research from the University of New South Wales on impacts of development on aquatic environments. She also worked in aquaculture research in NSW, Wales and Ireland.
